Jonny to miss opening World Cup game
Jonny Wilkinson will not feature against the USA this weekend after twisting his ankle in training. Olly Barkley will take his place in the Number 10 shirt.
Veteran Lawrence Dallaglio starts at Number 8, with Nick Easter not even in the squad. Mike Catt and Jamie Noon form the centre pairing, with Andy Farrell and Mathew Tait on the bench.
