Guide to Autumn International Tickets

There is a common misconception that international rugby tickets are impossible to come by, particularly for games at Twickenham. Many people believe that you have to be a member of the Official Prawn Sandwich Brigade, or work as a big cheese in a big bank, but this is not always the case.

For big games such as England v New Zealand, there’s no denying that you have to work a little harder, and perhaps pay a little more, but for the Argentina fixture at Twickenham, there are still tickets available at face value from the RFU ticket office.

Tickets for England v Argentina are priced at £45 and £65 for adults and £10 for under 16s via www.rfu.com/tickets.

For the other England games at Twickenham against Australia and New Zealand, you could look at viagogo, which is a secure online ticket exchange where tickets are guaranteed and sold at ‘market value’. When the demand is high, the prices do rise, but it means that you won’t get ripped off buy a tout selling dodgy tickets outside the ground (you should never buy tickets from these people by the way).

Tickets for England v Australia are currently priced at £117.25, whilst tickets for England v New Zealand are available at £117.99.

There are also tickets available through viagogo for all of Wales’ fixtures at the Millennium Stadium, including Wales v Australia at £69.99 and Wales v Samoa tickets at £39.25, which seems very reasonable for a day out at the rugby.

Tickets to Murrayfield are even cheaper, with tickets to the Australia game on offer for less than £30, although tickets are still avaialble through the official website at www.scottishrugby.org.

Get yourself along to a game this November – there’s nothing quite like a day out watching live rugby.
